These are “rougher” looking than my digital things; I do these traditionally, pen + paper, & scan them in. They have a different color (usually light blue or pink) under-armature that I sketch out to get an idea of where things need to be, & then a ‘final’ pencil line. Any color is added digitally.

I really like your stuff
And I think you're adorable and really inspiring
And I really want to do stuff like this too

Do you use sculpey? You say you use polymer clay but do you know what brand?
daniellebritton Featured By Owner Apr 28, 2013  Student General Artist
well thank you! <3

i mostly use sculpey. sometimes i'll throw fimo in there, but it's only if that's what's on sale / that's what i have.

That's so helpful!
I bought some yesterday and noticed the blocks were hard. Is it just that you have to work it with your hands first or do you have to find softer blocks of clay?
